Cognitive Behaviour Therapy is a talking therapy based on research and recommended for many mental health problems by NICE (National Institure for Clinical Excellence).

What is CBT?

In CBT therapy we will explore and develop an understanding of how your thoughts, behaviours and mood are impacting on each other. We then set a goal to work towards and create an individual plan to work towards that goal.

This is about you working toward regaining control of your emotional wellbeing and finding better coping strategies.

Do you have ADHD/ADD Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder or think you may have it?

Having an ADHD mind can feel chaotic, overwhelming , demotivated, bored easily, frustrated and leave you feeling not good enough and having low self esteem.

It can also make you feel excited, motivated, creative, empathic and fun to be around.

Having ADHD is like being consistently inconsistent all of the time!

If you are struggling with organisation, feeling overwhelmed and stressed then ADHD coaching could be helpful in offering you strategies that suit you to manage the difficult parts of the ADHD mind.

You also may be wondering if you have ADHD – I can help you explore this and determine if an assessment by a psychiatrist is a worthwhile route for you.

ADHD Coaching could mean a one off session or a course of suited to your needs.
